At Lienne, we aim to ensure that every order is carefully prepared and delivered in a timely and reliable manner. 

Order Preparation

Once an order is placed, it will be accepted and confirmed within 1 business day. After confirmation, the piece will enter the tailoring phase, which typically takes 3–7 business days depending on the design. (Please note that preparation time is separate from delivery time.)

Delivery Timeframe

Within Bahrain: Orders are delivered after preparation and usually arrive 1-2 days after preparation depending on the courier schedule.

GCC Countries:

Once shipped, delivery generally takes approximately 3-5 business days, depending on the destination and customs procedures.

GCC: 6 BHD

Delays

While we work closely with our shipping partners to ensure smooth delivery, Lienne is not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including customs clearance, weather conditions, or courier-related delays.

If any significant delay occurs, our team will do its best to provide updates when possible.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details entered at checkout are correct. Lienne cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
