We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges under any circumstances once an order has been placed and delivered.

Alterations

We understand that sizing can sometimes be tricky, and we want to ensure that your garment fits perfectly. While we do not accept returns for changes in size, we offer professional alteration services to adjust your piece as needed in Bahrain only.

  • Standard alterations are available for 2 BHD and typically completed within 3-4 days.
  • Express alterations are available for 4 BHD, ensuring faster turnaround for urgent requests.

These services are intended for cases where a customer may have selected an incorrect size or requires minor adjustments to achieve the perfect fit. Our skilled team handles each garment with care, maintaining the quality, elegance, and modesty that we represent.

To request an alteration, please contact our customer support team with your order details within 2 days of receiving the order and specify whether you prefer standard or express service.
